Our aqua park is designed for children. Adults can access the park only to accompany children to help them in difficult places rather than to participate themselves.
Send the below message to all parents of the participating children. Parents to fill in the waiver for their children before arrival. Over 18s fill it in for themselves.

Please click on the tab at the bottom 'sign the waiver' tab at the bottom right on the page. No waiver- no access to the park.
Please provide the names of each child to info@aquaislandhillarys.com at least 24 hours before arrival to check that the waivers are completed.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your session to have your waivers checked and to be fitted with a vest. Ensure the safety briefing below is understood by all participants in your group before they access the aqua park.
We require someone aged 16 year or over to supervise children under 10 years old. Maximum ratio of 1 adult per 4 children under 10 years old.
If you need more than 10 people then please arrive early to your booking to pay for the additional tickets for extras on the day at the same cost of $25 PP or please book the small group ticket for 5 people. However if we are booking out then please purchase the extras as single tickets to ensure you get tickets. Tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis. We apologise for the inconvenience.
If under 10 children come to the party, we cannot offer refunds for last minute cancellations or any other reason.
For your own comfort and safety we recommend that users of the aqua park wear long sleeved tight clothing such as leggings and a rash vest to cover legs and arms. This will help protect against the sun and friction etc.
We recommend car pooling to Hillarys due to limited carparks in the summer
Safety Rules:
If you have any past injuries, do not use the park
Please remove all jewellery and watches
Do not swim under the aqua park
Keep life vest on at all times
No running, diving, pushing- anyone seen pushing will be asked to leave the park
No back flips or flips of any kind
Do not climb behind anyone on the tower and always check the water before you jump off the ledge
Users access at their own risk
Accessing the aqua park is accepted as agreement to the waiver
Please note:
The 4:30pm session can stay on the park until we close around sunset. This is our most cost effective ticket which lasts around 2.5 hours.
The 6pm session may be shorter than 80 minutes due to various reasons such as park cleaning or staff arrangements.
